Deliveries

Our products are delivered by a dedicated two-person courier team, ensuring the pristine condition of your purchase upon arrival.

Each delivery is meticulously handled by our duo, who will place your item in the hallway and conduct a thorough check before departure. For an additional charge, they can also bring it to your preferred room and dispose of any packaging for you.

 

How long does it take?
  • Delivery takes 48 hours if the product is in stock.
  • Always refer to the specific product page for the delivery ETA located below the 'add to cart' button.
  • If an item's arrival at our partner's warehouse is in 7 days, expect delivery approximately 7 days + 48 hours later.
  • If the item is readily available at our partner warehouse, it will be dispatched immediately, and a delivery date within the 48-hour window will be provided.

 

Can I choose a delivery date?
  • Yes, customers will receive a text with the initial delivery date once the item reaches our courier.
  • To reschedule, directly contact the courier via SMS, email, or phone to select a new preferred date.

 

What happens if I miss a delivery?
  • If a delivery is missed, you can directly contact our courier to arrange a second delivery attempt.
  • Couriers will only proceed with the delivery if you've confirmed the initial date, making missed deliveries a rare occurrence.

 

Can I track my order?
  • Customers can track their order once they receive the delivery date from our courier.
  • Until that point, the delivery date is an estimate and may change.

 

When will I receive my delivery date?
  • Once the item is with our courier, you'll receive a text specifying the delivery date. If the product is in stock at our partner warehouse, a date will be provided within the next 48 hours.

 

Will I receive an exact ETA on the day of delivery?
  • Absolutely! You'll be given a 2-hour delivery window on the day of your delivery.
  • Additionally, expect a call 15 minutes prior to the driver's arrival to ensure you're ready.

 

Can I leave the item in a safe place?
  • Yes, you can. Inform the courier of your preferred safe location when they get in touch.
  • After placing the item in the designated safe spot, the courier will take a photograph and send you proof of delivery for your records.
